This is the fourth episode in our special manifestation series, and in today's episode, I'm going to dial in to how you can let go and still create amazing results in both your life and your business. So let's dive in. Hey, welcome to the company coach Academy podcast. I'm your host, Krishna Chadwick, and if you have an audacious dream to really be in service in the world, build a profitable coaching business online and have an awesome life offline, in my love, you are in the right place. Together, we're going to talk strategy, mindset, manifestation, thought work, energy work, all the things. So let's dive in.
Hey, my friend, how are you? I hope you're doing amazing. I'm really excited to actually get into today's topic. This is the fourth episode in our manifestation series, and this particular episode is simply about letting go, yes, letting go, my friends. And for some of you, that might sound like okay, but I want you to know that this is the magic source in manifesting in my experience. This is the part that so many people unknowingly actually struggle with. And so I want to share with you a little bit, just a tiny bit, nothing overwhelming about quantum physics that I think will really help you understand, like why letting go is so powerful, and what it's really going to do for you in your life and your business. And then also, I want to share with you some practical tips around letting go, because I know it can feel counter intuitive at times, to quote, unquote, let go. I know it can feel very counterproductive. You know, our logic mind wants to, like, you know, really interrupt us with this and say, This is not the way to go.
So I want to, yeah, I'm going to share with you a little bit of the why from a quantum, quantum physics perspective, not too much, because, like, I get lost. Like, you know, if I sort of a quantum physics type of lesson or watch video, I'm very, very quick to get lost. So I'm going to keep it, like, simple and just easy to get, all right. So let's dive in.
I want. Let's talk about the why. Let's go into a little bit of quantum physics here. So one thing I want to talk about, and I'm sure I have not mentioned this on the podcast before, is something called quantum entanglement. So quantum entanglement, basically, when it comes to quantum physics, talks about how particles, which, you know, there's particles everywhere, through everything, through you, through everything, through the air, everywhere, right? But there's particles that can become entangled at a quantum level, meaning that they influence each other's state instantaneously, like not even a point one second between, like the influence like, you know, a and b, they their states that influenced instantaneously, instantaneously, regardless of their distance.
So this concept of entanglement shows us how everything in the universe is deeply, deeply interconnected. And when, when you desire something, when I desire something, and then we visualize it with emotion and clarity. What happens is we you can actually view this as creating an entanglement with that outcome that's freaking amazeballs. Like, you know, when there's, like, this amazing thing that you want, and you get them, you get emotional about it, you get this clarity about it, you visualize it. You're actually entangling yourself with that particular outcome. Now, that's cool, right? When it's something that you want, it's obviously not cool when it's something that you don't want, or when we start to stress over the details in the house, so, you know.
So knowing that, like, Where does the letting go and the surrendering come in? Here's what you need to know, the more we resist or obsess over our desired outcome, the more we are actually likely to disrupt the natural process of alignment. It's like, making like, noise in the signal, like, say, if you listen to a radio station, and then, like, you know, there's this, like, like, Oh, that's not the right sound. I can't make the noise. But anyway, there's this, like, white noise that can happen. And you're like, I can't hear that channel properly.
It's like that, okay, so you're like, well, I need to know what to do. I need to know how to do it, the details, right? But like, what's that difference between, like, us getting some clarity and getting obsessed over it. And where do you like, what happens to you? Like, oh yeah, I'm visualizing this each day. And I know a lot of you to do affirmations.
I actually don't do affirmations because I feel like it can become obsessive, and it's like it interferes, it creates that static that I was just talking about. So I mean, I that's a lie, like I will occasionally do some affirmations, but I don't do them continuously over a long period of time, I'm more likely to do what you what I call reframes, okay, but that's a topic for another day. So surrendering is letting go is going to allow you to set the desire and then basically trust in the natural entanglement that happens as a part of being a person in this universe, right? Something in this universe is existing.
There's there is a natural process called entanglement, and what that means is you're actually going to be able to create alignment between your energy and your goal. And if you allow yourself, if you put yourself in that natural state of surrender, that natural state of letting go. Basically what you're doing is you're permitting the universe to orchestrate the specifics, trusting that pathways to the outcome will unfold in the most harmonious way possible. Weighing like, that's amazing. That's freaking amazing. And so yeah, think like, it's really, really important for you to understand, like, from a very, very clear science perspective, like getting out of the way, letting go is like the best thing you can do for your opportunity to be successful in your business and in your Life, okay, period, all right?
And now that I'm just touching on, like, maybe two, maybe three things. And then we're going to get into some some things that you can do to let go of more. Okay, so the second thing I wanted to talk about is something called the principle, or law. I don't know I'm going to say principle, the principle of superposition, which is basically this, that quantum physics introduces this concept of superposition, where, like a particle exists in all possible states simultaneously. So it can be like any of the possible states simultaneously until, until observed, right?
So what does that mean? That actually means that there are an infinite number of possibilities that are theoretically available to us at any given moment. And I know that sounds prey Cray, I get it, but when we surrender, we allow ourselves to align with the best possibility for us right now, rather than collapsing prematurely on any one outcome.
So I know that this can be like a bit of a mind spin for some of you, but I'll kind of try and say it again in a different way. When it comes to manifesting you holding your vision without trying to force it doesn't mean you can't take action. It doesn't mean you can't be very decisive and all those things. But without trying to force it, it creates space for quantum superposition to work like in essence, you know you're letting go and you're accepting that multiple pathways could actually lead to your desired reality, even though you're choosing specific strategies and specific pathways, pathways, you're still relaxed and open to other pathways actually opening up for you.
And when you let go in that way, and you open yourself to any possibility, instead of fixating your energy at a single path, this actual surrendering allows you to align with the probability that best matches your energy and whether or not it's the one that we initially imagined, it doesn't matter. It's just like, you know you're you've got your vision, your ultimate vision, when you, like, take action and you surrender and you let go, you don't try and hold on too tightly to whether or not it works out the way that you wanted, the way that you planned, and all the things then, like, just miraculous things can happen.
So and another reality, another pathway opens up that you couldn't construct for yourself in the moment, but the universe certainly can okay. It's just like the way that our orderly universe has been created. So that's the principle of superposition. So hopefully that helps you to see like there is an like, an absolute power that comes
when you let go that's going to allow you to get what it is that you want, or something better, in a way that's for your highest good.
For others highest good. So there's two things. There was one other, which was going to talk about a little bit I'm not sure, yeah, let's go for it. Let's go for it. So this one is called the observer effect, and it really is just about the role of intention when it comes to you know, you deciding what it is that you want and really going for it. The observer effect in quantum physics basically shows us that particles behave differently when observed, right? So we've spoken about different things about particles already.
This is like, hey, when they're actually observed something, they behave differently. So when we set an intention, we're focusing our consciousness in creating like this way for something to manifest, right? However, the continuous act of actually observing or watching with attachment or with impatience can interfere with the process, which is like basically trying to micromanage the universe, which, I mean, come on, we have difficulty managing ourselves, let alone trying to micromanage the universe, which, of course, you know we literally can't.
So what we can do, though, is understand that. We know that when we observe it impacts particles, and particles are through everything right. Particles are through our brains and our clients brains, and through this technology that we use, and through the air and through everything in every there's an interconnection right that that's happening throughout the entire universe. And so when you set your intention, and then you step back, trusting that the mere act of observing and setting intention has initiated a process, then what can happen is the observer effect teaches us that that intention is powerful, like that is so powerful, but constantly checking in on it may actually interfere with its organic, natural unfolding.
So surrendering letting go just helps us to like align with the trust that there are unseen forces at work working for us, and you stepping back actually, is allowing that manifestation to take its own form without unnecessary interference. And I think that's freaking amazing. Honestly, I love it because it's me saying, like, Yeah, I'm doing my part, and my part so little, but I'm going to do it, and then I'm going to let go and see what other like, amazing, miraculous things can happen.
Because miracles happen all the time in your life and in your business, and sometimes you see it, and sometimes you don't recognize it, but they're happening all of the time. But when you understand the observer effect, like in your very clear, strong intention, put that out there, and then step back and you're going to see magical things happen. So those are a few things.
There's so many more things I could go on about, but hey, like, I want to dive in now and actually talk about some of the specific things that you can do, knowing that you know there are natural laws that definitely are showing us and telling us, like, hey, letting go is like something you must do if you want to become a powerful manifestor. And we're all powerful manifesters. By the way, we're all manifesting all of the time. We just don't recognize it.
So anyway, I want to share you seven things I've got written down here so I don't forget them. We'll see how we go with time, and maybe we'll get through all seven, if not, though, I'll just trust that the number that we get through is just the perfect number. So it's done.
Number one thing that I want you to do is focus on what you can control right now. Okay, so you know, when it comes to like, doing all the tasks that are required in business, sometimes, I know some of you can feel overwhelmed and so, and that includes myself, even if you're like someone who's like, you know, really great at managing your thoughts and managing your feelings. I think it's natural to feel overwhelmed sometimes, and so when you're feeling like that, and even when you're not feeling overwhelmed like just focus on what you control right now. So that might mean for you, if it is feeling overwhelming, to take a deep breath and focus on what's immediately within your control, like immediately.
So you know it might be natural for you to feel like you want everything to change all at once, but I want you to know that can lead to even more anxiety. So yeah, just focus. Just take that deep breath and focus on what's immediately within your control. And, you know, just focus on small steps that give you that sense of stability or clarity, even if they're tiny, right?
I've spoken about starting to use rules, and I've had to, you know, I've done small steps. Because I know for some of you, it's like, so simple. It's like, you know, brushing your teeth so, so simple. But for me, at first, it was like, I just, I, I just felt overwhelmed. And I have one of my clients, actually, who's had that same feeling. I'm just seeing a little bit of entanglement there. But anyway, she said that same feeling.
And so instead, we've just both focused on small steps. So, you know, one of the small steps is like, hey, just to make this easier, know that I can shoot small videos doing anything, anywhere, and so they just have to be but you know, five to five to 15 seconds long. I can take a video, like, there might be natural family videos or things that we're doing and, and so it's easy, and I just save it into a reels folder. Like, that's a small thing. I was like, create the reels folder on my phone, you know, photo album, save the videos into that, right? Great. That's easy. And, you know, and then I, I can go on and on, but you guys get the point like small steps that create this feeling of stability. Okay, so focus on what you can control right now. Pretty simple.
I will say, if you're doing something like you've had enrollment conversations and they aren't converting very well, you might calendar time to practice doing the calls. Maybe you got clients who gave you a lot of a particular type of objection, you might practice like overcoming that specific type of objection. Okay, that's within your power and control to do. Maybe you do selling by chat. So you might calendar time to review your sales, selling by chat, process and testing, you know, changing one thing on it, if you're not getting leads coming in at all, you might look at like, what's one thing that you can do that's within your power to do to get visibility, visibility daily. Now you know what I mean, so focus on that what you can control right now. Number two is to balance your clear vision that I was speaking about earlier with flexible flexible execution. Right?
So while I like you know, we want to have a crystal clear vision of our goals. Well, I think crystal clear vision. I think sometimes, I think sometimes we might have like, little snapshots of our vision. I know for me personally, that's, that's what it's been like for me, I'll have a snapshot like, I want to do this in this part of my life. I want to do this, you know, I just don't want you to get caught up and having to have like, this big, amazing, Crystal, clear vision of all the parts of your life, right?
Anyway, so you've got a vision, but you surrender the specific how of the minutiae of the details, or the path that it takes to get there. You know, again, the universe has countless ways to make your vision a reality, and some of which you may have considered and some you may not have considered yet, right? You just don't even know that. You don't know. So even if you've mapped out your goals to a T there might be a faster, more enjoyable way to do it.
There might be a way that's going to get you better results, that's going to feel more joyful to you, and just know that, like your vision and your execution, yes, you want to match them, but let that execution be flexible. And that way, I personally think, like that way, you're going to create a business that's both wildly successful and also deeply aligned with who you are. And you know, it takes practice at executing anything well, so I like gonna be flexible. We're gonna be kind with ourselves.
And yeah, I think that that's really key to letting go, is have that clear vision, but also be flexible with your execution. All right, the third thing I this is big for those of you who, I would say, like warriors, or maybe struggle with anxiety.
Also, if you've had, like a trauma, some kind of trauma background, and there's still some work happening there, this one's going to be for you, for sure. And so this is number three, is stop seeking constant validation. It's just another one that keeps us from surrendering, right? So this is basically when you keep asking people for feedback, or needing someone to tell us or tell you that you're on the right path. You know, you might share your ideas with with everyone, and think, oh, you know.
What do you think? Should I do it? And that sounds kind of harmless, and in some cases, it is, right. If it's if it's like something, oh, like, that's not related to your dream or your vision, then it is harmless, right? But it is normal to ask for support, and it is normal to want support. But I want you to know that there is definitely a point where, where you know, seeking advice from other people, even your own coach. By the way, if you've got a coach, there is a point where validation becomes a crutch, right? Because it's, it's like, it stops you from trusting yourself. I will say, like, you know I've worked with, I've lost count of how many coaches and other experts I've worked with over the years, but regardless of like, how successful they've been, I've always come back to trusting myself so because I know me better than they know me, and so, yeah, I just think sometimes when we're seeking for validation, we're relying on others to make us feel confident, or sometimes they don't make us feel confident. And that's even worse, right in our decisions, and that's just a big fat sign that you're struggling to surrender to your own intuition and to your own inspiration and to trust the process that you're creating something amazing anyway.
So if you find yourself like always asking for reassurance, try asking yourself, what decision would I make if I trusted myself completely, and then take it from there like this is, yeah, I hope this is really helpful for those of you who struggle with that one. It's not something that I've personally struggled with much in the growth of my business, but it is something that I have seen some of my clients struggle with. So I think that's a really important one that I wanted to include. Okay, let's, let's, let's keep going. Number four is, I want you to hold that vision that I was speaking about earlier, but also embrace the present.
So hold the vision but embrace the present. You know, I think, like I said, it's important to create a vision, and even if it's like a snapshot of a vision, or even if it is that big, whole, beautiful vision for where you want to go and what you want, who you want to be, it's also really, really important that you embrace who you are now without judgment. And I'll tell you this. So from a quantum perspective, your present self, even if you're experiencing hardship, is still capable of attracting abundance. And so when you embrace the present, the now, even if it's difficult, it can align you with peace and feeling good, which is a high frequency state, and that's conducive to manifesting your vision.
Now, I'm not saying you always have to be in, like, some high vibrational state or high frequency state, and I'm not saying you always have to feel at peace, but I do want you to at least practice moments of presence more where, like there are elements of your life, even if, again, even if you're in hardship right now of some kind, there are elements of your life which are beautiful, and I want you to embrace those, and even at times, embrace that you've got To this difficult place in your life. And even though you it's not something that you've wanted to create, it's happening now, and you're going to be able to take lessons from this and use them to create a life that's much more in alignment with who you really are and what you're really capable of creating and CO creating and manifesting.
So I think it's Yeah, important to hold the vision embrace the present, and in that process of embracing the present, find ways to love yourself and be without judgment on yourself, because there's some things you would have got really, really bright and amazing, and some things you might have stuffed up on or that have happened to you because we can't control everything, and so there are things that happen to us that are not of our creation.
So your energy, though, is is able to impact this, the experiences that you have moving forward. So Hold the vision, but embrace the present. Okay, I just want to see if I've missed anything about that that I wanted to say, No, I think that's it. Okay. What do we get? We're on number five. So five, number five. I love this one.
So this one is. Trusting the process of transformation. So transformation, or change, requires us, usually, to go through challenging situations, because we in order to change, we need to learn things. We might need to, you know, develop a new skill. We might need to change habits. We might need to change routines like this, a whole bunch of things. And so therefore, just by the nature of how we are created, our sub our subconscious minds like going to be really uncomfortable. And so there will be resistance, and it will feel challenging and naturally. Also sometimes challenging situations can just come up. So from that perspective of universal laws, growth happens in cycles, and sometimes the toughest moments actually lead to the biggest breakthroughs.
So I just want you to trust this process can help you, if it is a big breakthrough that you're going through, okay, just trust the process can help you to stay focused on your inner growth, and just know that also the external circumstances will eventually shift. They're they're always shifting to reflect your inner transformation. Okay, so trust the process of change. Trust the process of transformation. And, you know, if it is a season where things are more challenging and feel hard, you know, I had a, actually a client in the Unison Life Coach School, which is, you know, like my other coaching School, where we train and certify life coaches to you know, be exceptionally skilled coaches, including how to become trauma informed.
And while we would go through under the previous rounds, we had a client who went through some hard, hard stuff well, and while she was going through the program. And actually, one of the things that happened was her house burnt down, which is awful, right? But, you know, one of the things that she did, and I think this is a really beautiful is just remind ourselves that this too shall pass, you know, and that this phase is part of a larger journey which will ultimately bring you to that place of peace and abundance. So you know, if you're in the challenge, if you're in the site, it just ranged up this, this phase is going to pass too, and keep focusing on what's growing within you. You know, your strength, your resilience, your faith in the unseen, all of that really good, beautiful stuff. So that's number five. Let me see how's our time going? All right.
Number six, trusting the universal law of least effort. When I was thinking about like, what I wanted to share with you guys, I honestly was really unsure whether or not I would include this one just because, honestly, I don't want to attract clients who think that running a business takes a little effort or no effort, because I think sometimes you gotta work really, really freaking hard to grow your Business. And you're going to come across, you know, big requirements for you to grow as a person, and you know, to run a business is just it can be lots of hard work. And I am not opposed to hard work. I think hard work is phenomenal.
There are rewards that come from working hard sometimes. But I also believe in working smart. And I also believe that sometimes we can get lucky. And I also believe that sometimes, you know, things can be created in a way where it feels effortless. But I wasn't sure that I wanted to kind of emphasize that, but I have decided to include it, because I think it's really, really important so trusting the universal law of least effort. What do I mean? This universal law says that nature's intelligence basically functions with effortless ease, right? So when we align with this, this law, through surrender or through letting go, we actually can achieve some of our most significant goals without constant struggle, because we're trusting that universe is working toward our success, right?
So I need to think about it like this. Think about nature. You know, trees don't struggle to grow. They expand naturally. They reach toward the sun. And your business can grow the same way. When you surrender, you can create a state of least effort, where things come more naturally, and the work that does come feels more impactful for you. And I know I've had, you know, friends and even family comment sometimes on like, you know, the way I've run my business in life. Because sometimes it's not until I describe it to people that I'm like, it's just phenomenal. Like it's just, I feel so fortunate and so lucky and so blessed. But part of the reason like people comment is because it kind of looks like I don't do much work.
And it looks like, you know, I've put in very little effort at times. And honestly, sometimes it does feel like the things that I've done have been kind of effortless, right? But at times, like I said, it has been like hard work. I've done like super late nights, super early mornings.
You know, I've had to like study and study and study and practice and practice and make mistakes and do things and really stuff up. I remember one time actually I did an event. It was here in Sydney.
And you know, I'd done some events internationally and got really amazing conversion rates on them. Like, you know, world-class conversion rates kind of like, oh, what was it like? There was one of them in particular. It was up in the high 20 something percent, which is an amazing conversion rate when you're selling from the front of a room, right? And so anyway, I'd done that and then come back here and I'm in Sydney and I did an event.
And you know, let me tell you this. This is, this sounds embarrassing, but I'm not. I'm like, I'm embracing the fact that this experience happened.
I like, I think three people at the event. I laugh. And one of them like was a friend who'd also worked with me before.
So it was kind of funny. Like, you know what I mean? We can, we can do things which are effortless and there are things which are going to be mistakes and just going to be hard. Right.
But I trust that through that all that there's just a way that like, I don't need to, I don't need to struggle. Like when that thing happened with that event, I didn't really make it mean anything other than I didn't get enough visibility for the event. And obviously if I ran that event again, the way that I did it, I need to change some things.
And I didn't make it mean anything. I was really kind with myself. And so sometimes that kind of way of just feeling like nothing's a big effort makes things truly less like they're less effort.
And I just feel like lots of things have been taken care of for me. And because it's the truth and it's the truth for you too, whether you know it or not. All right, my friend.
Well, I know I said seven, but I legit got to hang up these headphones right now and get gone. So I hope that these have been really powerful and helpful for you to think about. And that there's at least one thing in there that you know, you're going to go and take away.
So whether it's like, you know, focusing on what you can control right now, whether it's about, you know, being flexible with your execution while you're holding that vision, whether it's stopping seeking the constant validation or holding the vision and at the same time embracing the present, whether it's, you know, trusting the process of transformation that's happening naturally or trusting the universal law of least effort, whichever one of those, I know that there's going to be something that you can do and take away and implement into your life. And so I just want to, yeah, just wish you the best. If you know, you want to manifest amazing things in 2025, make sure you let me know.
